1 Day installations start with our simple 5 step process
Grinding Prep
The most important step of the installation process starts with concrete prep. We grind off an entire layer of your concrete floor.
Basecoat
After initial grind we roll out polyurea base coat. Proper grinding allows the base coat to root and chemically bind.
Add Flake
While base coat is wet, we broadcast 100% flake coverage in the color of yoru choice. Base coat sill still show in final product.
Scraping
Once dried, we scrape off leftover flakes. Installers scrape in multiple directors to ensure flakes are fully scrapped.
Topcoat
Top coat is the final step in the process. We use polyaspartic coatings that are UV stable and offer extra durability.
Flooring Options

In some cases customers prefer a smother finish or may want to add durability in which a second topcoat can be added. In addition slip resistant additives that can be added to the topcoat. Ask us about these options prior to your final contract agreement.
